It is with deep regret on both sides that we have to inform you that Khrystyna Mykhailichenko has suffered an injury to her hands that requires her to rest for a period. As a result she will be unable to play on October 4. This information was only received on Monday 23 September. We are very fortunate to be able to say that she will be replaced by the amazing young (20) Scottish pianist Ethan Loch, 2022 winner of the keyboard section of the BBC Young Musician Competition. He has already performed widely and will be playing Beethoven Piano Concerto no 1 with the RSNO in November.
